Data processed

The contact form collects the data entered by the data subject: name, email and, optionally, company, telephone, country and message text. For security purposes, the IP address and browser from which the request originates are also recorded.

Purposes and legal basis

The data are processed solely to respond to the request and for any resulting negotiations (Art. 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679), and to protect the website from improper use (legitimate interest, point (f)).

Retention

Messages are retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and in any case for no longer than 24 months, unless legal obligations or ongoing contractual relationships require otherwise.

Recipients

The data are processed by authorised staff and by the providers of website management and email services, appointed as data processors. They are neither disclosed nor transferred to third parties.

Rights of the data subject

The data subject may at any time request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of their data, object to processing and request data portability by writing to info@paladeri.it, and has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

Cookies

The website uses only technical cookies required for its operation, including the one that protects contact form submissions. No profiling cookies or third-party analytics tools are used.
