Certifications and testing
The PALADEX pipe is manufactured to UNI 11434 by a company with a certified quality management system, and is tested by independent laboratories and institutes.
Product standard and marking
Paladeri was the first Italian company authorised to use the IIP marking (Istituto Italiano dei Plastici) for spiral-wound galvanised steel and polyethylene pipes compliant with UNI 11434. In June 2012 the pipe obtained the mark of conformity with the standard.
Conformity is certified by a body accredited within the EA framework according to UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17065. The PALADEX pipe also meets the requirements of foreign standards for steel and polyethylene pipes: ASTM F2435 (United States), IS 5302 (Israel) and CSTB 17/07-190 (France).
Quality and environment
The company management system is ISO 9001 certified.
PALADEX pipes contain at least 30% recycled plastic by weight, sourced from industrial scrap or separate waste collection and certified under the ReMade in Italy scheme. The product complies with the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM).
