PALADEX pipes

Connections to other networks

PALADEX pipes connect to precast concrete manholes and to new or existing PVC and HDPE pipelines while remaining watertight.

Concrete manholes

A fully compatible jointing system has been developed in collaboration with a leading company in the sector. The vibrated concrete manhole, with high sulphate resistance and an internal epoxy resin lining, incorporates an HDPE collar with a pre-welded pipe stub embedded in the wall.

The PALADEX pipe is inserted into the collar up to the stop: the EPDM gasket (UNI EN 681) on the pipe end is compressed and ensures tightness up to 1 bar positive pressure and 0.3 bar negative pressure, in accordance with UNI EN 1277.

PVC and HDPE pipelines

To integrate PALADEX technology into urban drainage networks, whether existing or under construction, connections for different materials have been developed: anchoring collars, gaskets and joints ensure tightness and make the pipe compatible with any installation.
