PALADEX pipes ready for shipment

Spiral-wound composite pipes in galvanised steel and polyethylene, suitable for irrigation networks, sewerage, rainwater drainage, monolithic and modular underground drinking water tanks, stormwater detention tanks, tunnel ventilation and embankment crossings, with U marking, manufactured to UNI 11434 by an ISO 9001 certified company, accompanied by a certificate of conformity issued by a body accredited within the EA framework in accordance with UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17065.

Structured spiral-type wall profile, produced by helical winding, smooth inside with external ribs reinforced by a continuous, unbroken omega-profiled strip of DX51D+Z galvanised steel to UNI EN 10346, embedded in the pipe wall. Continuous bonding of the steel core to the polyethylene walls by chemical adhesion, ensuring that steel and polyethylene act as one with complete, uninterrupted adhesion.

Jointing by means of a socket factory-welded to each pipe length, into which the spigot is inserted, fitted with an EPDM gasket to UNI EN 681 seated in a dedicated groove, ensuring hydraulic tightness in accordance with UNI EN 1277. Spigot and socket are made with the same construction features as the pipes, so as to maintain a constant effective internal diameter across the joint and increase ring stiffness.

Alternatively: jointing by means of a factory-welded internal HDPE coupling with EPDM gasket; jointing by extrusion welding with filler material; jointing with factory-welded HDPE flanges and counter-flanges tightened with steel bolts. All systems ensure hydraulic tightness in accordance with UNI EN 1277.

Ring stiffness class calculated to EN ISO 9969: SN 8, SN 12, SN 16 or SN 20 kN/m². Pipes made with at least 30% by weight of certified recycled plastic raw material, compliant with the Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM).
